Cateye is facing an increasingly saturated market from when they were one of the first bike computers on the market. With newer computers and metrics that leave consumers glazed over like a zombie donut, a new approach was taken. This brand campaign illustrates Cateye gives you only what you need to improve your ride… without bogging you down with data.
To create a stand out campaign we not only used a stylistic illustration style that stood apart then concentrating on what too much ridiculous data looked like. Beyond ads we designed a microsite to extend the campaign digitally with a cohesive look and feel. Users could browse and dig into the precise metrics that they actually need to enjoy the ride.
